Ross ERP Upgrades
Companies typically upgrade their Ross ERP software to take advantage of opportunities to improve business response and to streamline day-to-day operations. Successful upgrade projects rely on a plan that clearly describes the impact of these changes and improvements on how people operate within the business.
ProcessOne has a proven methodology for upgrades developed over many projects over the past 20 years. Key to success, as well as staying within budget, begins with the Business Review Process. This is an on-site series of meetings and discussions that provide the customer team with an understanding of how current operations will change with the upgraded software.
Over the past four years ProcessOne have delivered eleven successful upgrades to Ross ERP 6.x and 7.x, as well as a number of upgrades of third party applications that integrate to Ross ERP (BPM, Transportation and Validation).
ProcessOne is currently engaged in four Ross ERP 7.1 upgrades. These are at different phases of the project, one is in post go-live support, two are in User Acceptance Testing and one in Code Uplift.
In all these projects, ProcessOne has managed and executed all the upgrade requirements, including business review, IAF, Smart Client, Database, DML, third party software integration and project management.
